All outstation sailors / Asst Coaches are entitled to travel from home station to camp location by train in AC III tier. Tickets be accordingly booked by outstation sailors so as to arrive camp location by due date. Self-attested original tickets are to be submitted on completion of camp to YAI for reimbursement through camp coordinator.

All outstation senior sailors / Asst Coaches are entitled to Boarding @ Rs. 450/- and lodging @ Rs. 1000/-, restricted to actuals.  Self-attested original bills / receipts are to be submitted to YAI on completion of camp for reimbursement through camp coordinator. Limited accommodation is available at Chennai Port Trust guest house / seafarers club, Chennai.

All outstation junior sailors are entitled to Boarding @ Rs. 340/- and lodging @ Rs.1000/-, restricted to actuals. Self-attested original bills / receipts are to be submitted to YAI on completion for reimbursement through camp coordinator. Limited accommodation is available at Chennai Port Trust guest house / seafarers club, Chennai.

Such of the Core Probable / Asst Coaches serving in Indian Army/Indian Navy or Central / State Govt. Departments are entitled to draw TA & DA for the duration from their respective Service organisations/departments or may draw Boarding and Lodging facility through SAI funds. In such cases, a certificate duly countersigned by the Commanding Officer / Head of the Department stating that the concerned individual has not drawn / shall not draw any TA and DA from the respective treasury is required to be enclosed with the original bills for boarding & lodging and train tickets.

All Core Probable are required to be in possession of valid Annual / Life Membership Card issued by the YAI. Non-members are not entitled to participate in the camp. Random dope tests will be conducted by the National Anti-Doping Agency during the camp.
