We need three people with some sailing experience and knowledge, but above all a record of intelligent achievement in any field, combined with a high personal level of integrity. If you are over 18 years, with no maximum age if your fitness level is good, dedicated to team success, able to take orders and then act independently. You will have good communication and organisational skills, be disciplined in your approach to employment and life, and be happy to focus on team rather than personal glory.

Pre requisites – Should hold a valid “Dinghy Instructor” course certificate issued by the YAI at the time of applying.
