The organizing authority (OA) is INWTC (Mbi) in conjunction with the Yachting Association of India (YAI) and Indian Naval Sailing Association (INSA).

Indian Naval Watermanship Training Center, Mumbai would be hosting the maiden National Measurer’s Clinic at INWTC (Mbi) from 17-18 Apr 21. The Clinic will be conducted by Mr Ajit Diaz, a renowned and certified International Measurer and Instructor appointed by World Sailing.
